Makes 3 dozen fudge squares.
This creamy and delicious fudge is sure to please everyone.
2/3 cup evaporated milk
16 Large marshmallows
1 1/3 cups sugar
ΒΌ teaspoon salt
ΒΌ cup butter or margarine
2 packages (6 ounces each) semi sweet chocolate pieces
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
Combine the milk, marshmallows, sugar, salt, and butter in a large saucepan. Bring to boiling; boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add chocolate pieces; stir until they melt completely. Add vanilla and nuts. Spread evenly in a buttered 8 X 8 X 2 inch pan. Cool until set, cut into squares.
